The North Carolina Connectivity Council strives to improve the quality and quantity of North Carolina's connectivity through interagency alliances and partnerships, information exchange, and participation in the development and implementation of telecommunications policy. The council researches, considers, and initiates collaborations between the public, private and nonprofit sectors to achieve reliable, affordable, and equitable access for all of the citizens of North Carolina.
